Welcome to Sioux Falls Kayak Rentals where we do all the heavy lifting while you enjoy the exciting adventure! We offer several kayaking adventures including Split Rock Park at Garretson, the Big Sioux River, Lake Alvin or your favorite fishing spot.
The Split Rock Park creates a 2-3 hour fun filled adventure going up and coming back where you started. Parking is located directly at the launch site so you won't need to shuttle back and forth! Currents are very minimal and the views are spectacular along the route.
Big Sioux River (BSR) experience will take you three hours beginning at Farm Field Park (located at I-229 and Western Avenue) and winding your way down to the river arch at 6th street. A ramp there on the right side provides an easy exit to get off. You will need a ride back to Farm Field Park or hire us for a very nominal fee to shuttle you back. Your convenience is our priority!
For the technical stuff, we provide you with Life preservers & oars, we do require you to sign our Release Waiver prior to getting into the kayak and we deliver & pick up all the equipment, so you will never have to worry. When you have completed your adventure, just leave the equipment there and let us know you're finished!
If you need protection for your phone or other accessories, we can provide waterproof cases and if it's a really hot day, we will get you started with some ice and water or soda to help keep you cool!
If there is anything else you can think of or if it's a question on locations within 75 miles of Sioux Falls or group reservations, just email us and we should be able to accommodate your request. We will offer discounts for groups of 10 or more, just email us ahead of time.
